The SAFe Train is composed of worldwide teams (DAL, NCE, BLR) working together to deliver & support all functionalities and products around Altea.
The team in Bangalore is composed of Big Data Engineers, Product Business Analysts, Software Developers and Quality Engineers.
Agile and flexible methodologies are favored in order to deliver high quality software and shorten the delivery timeline for the customer.
Being part of the SAFe Train, we work very closely with teams across multiple sites (Nice, London, Dallas), and other applications and also commercial teams (Product Management, Implementation, Sales, etc).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced product definition analyst who will be in charge to solution and help develop the evolution of these components and has a proven track record of Exceeding targets in their past performance.

- As a Product Definition Analyst, you need to have a good understanding and experience in the different artefacts that need to be created in the requirement phase.
- You’ll be documenting and maintaining software to shape the way the world moves. You’ll be joining one of the world’s top 10 software to power better journeys.
Key responsibilities
Analyze and own business requirements
- Coordinate with developers and other stake holders for the assessment of requirements
- Foresee/forecast risks, gaps and impact
- Coordinate and communicate business needs and priorities to concerned customers & stake holders
Own and Manage the complete functional scope of the project
- Create, review and mange functional specifications
- Carry out the functional walk-through of the product with the consumers of the specification
- Work with different functions to formulate testing strategy for new features
Communication & coordination
- Interface and communicate with the stakeholders and customers for any need on the project
- Interface across functions during functional specification, testing and initial implementation phases as necessary.
- Ensure delivery without gaps.
- Maintain good interpersonal relations with stakeholders.
About the ideal candidate:
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Word, Visual Basic, UML, XML
- Technical writing skills
- Professional experience with overall 9+yrs
- Prior experience working in the Travel domain in the capacity of a Business Analyst would be a plus.
- Exposure to documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Ability to communicate business information to a technical audience.
- Cloud Knowledge is a plus
- Data Analysis knowledge is a plus.
- Agile experience/knowledge preferred.
