Job Title
- Analyze and consolidate business requirements, develop solution concepts, estimate effort for specification and validation, and maintain product and process knowledge.
- Create solution documentation—including Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, and Application Programming Interface (API) specifications—and facilitate walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Support validation activities by contributing to test strategy, reviewing test plans, ensuring traceability to specifications, and investigating and prioritizing reported incidents.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams while engaging with customers throughout analysis, testing, and implementation phases.
- Contribute to product‑related content such as Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), documentation, presentations, and demos, and support successful product launches and team events.
- Extensive relevant experience (typically 10+ years) in product definition, business analysis, system flow assessment, and functional design.
- Skilled in tools and technologies such as Representational State Transfer (REST), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), eXtensible Markup Language (XML), Postman, Soap UI, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to design solution documentation such as UML diagrams, ICDs, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and user guides.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse, cross‑functional teams to support high‑quality delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in inclusive and multicultural team environments.
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, SQL).
- Experience in the travel domain in a business analysis capacity.
- Applies specialized functional knowledge, contributes to team problem‑solving, and supports colleagues where needed.
