Product Definition Analyst 3/4

As a Product Definition Analyst for Nevio, you will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. This role involves analyzing airline functional needs, translating them into detailed specifications, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will also troubleshoot issues, manage stakeholder communication, and contribute to product lifecycle activities in an agile environment.

• Analyze and refine business requirements from airline customers and product managers.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and sequence diagrams.

• Collaborate with technical teams during requirement gathering and development phases.

• Investigate and troubleshoot defects reported by customers, ensuring adherence to specifications.

• Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.

• Manage stakeholder communication and provide timely project/product status updates.

• Conduct functional walkthroughs with development teams and product management.

• Support product maintenance and proactively address risks, gaps, and concerns.

• Utilize tools like Postman, SOAP UI, and Splunk for debugging and analysis.

• Create and maintain documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• Drive critical situations toward resolution and ensure seamless delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 6–12 years of experience in product analysis or similar roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning approach.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with JSON, debugging tools, and API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI).

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Open-minded, adaptable, and collaborative in a multicultural environment.

• Airline industry knowledge is a plus.
