Product Data - SET DEC D365

Alfa Laval in Pune, we are looking for a Product Data– Key User who deliver insights on existing processes in Product function of the Factory and bridge knowledge gap towards end-users.

The position / About the Job:

Product Key Users

• Will become the factory’s experts in D365 for Product function.
• Understands the track processes
• Might cover several tracks
• Ensures that local processes fit the global processes
• Will be hands-on in the site roll-out
• Defines and tests business scenarios in their track(s)
• Supports and trains local users in D365
• This key user is the main driver for master data alignment, architecture etc. 
• This key user needs to be strong in product data information 
• This role needs to understand article structure, link to BOM, POs etc. 

 As a Product Key Users and Data Migration

• Drives the local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex)
• Ensures all items in scope are marked and categorized in the legacy system
• Extracts data in scope from the legacy system
• Ensures coherence in the data extracts 

As a Product Key User after Go Live

• Coordinates track activities across sites
• Governs’ and implements new processes after deployment
• Super-user / point of contact for the processes after the site has gone live

As a Local Process Owner 

• Interface group to the Local Steering Committee
• Owners of the business /delivery process scenarios for the track and responsible for the business scenario scope
• Responsible for testing that the solution is acceptable
• Responsible for local processes to fit OneERP Standard and local legal requirements
• Responsible for securing that locally owned gaps are closed
• Support end users in the change management
• Responsible for the process / function benefit realisation post roll-out  

Skills:

• Domain Knowledge :- Have a deep understanding of the business processes and best practice in the specific functional area
• Communication & Collaboration Skills :- Be able to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users
• Leadership & Influence:- Advocate for D365 within their teams and influence colleagues positively, analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions
• Technical Proficiency:- Become proficient in using D365. They will be the first support level and need to be fairly IT proficient
• Continuous Learning:- Role continues after go-live, thus a desire to continuous improvement the solution locally is needed
• Attention to detail:- Key users will configure system settings, define security roles and test functionality

• Program Management: Exposure to small / medium / large scale program implementation is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Change Management: Experience and understanding of how to drive and manage organizational change related to IT transformation, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of the product data management, master data alignment / architecture, processes, methodologies and tools with 5+ Years of experience
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, data extraction, and data analysis
• Responsible for master data governance, including creation, modification, and deletion
• Digitally proficient - Comfortable working with IT systems and tools
• A confident communicator who can train local staff effectively
• Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Certifications in: Data Analytics / Excel (Microsoft certification) / Power BI / Tableau would be an advantage
• Awareness or exposure to D365 or any other ERP implementation will be preferred.
