07The Team:
You will join a close-knit, global, and professional team where you’ll gain broad and deep knowledge across the financial world—including asset classes such as Fixed Income, Commodities, and Equities—as well as expansive datasets like Market Data, Fundamental Data, ESG, and Ratings. You’ll also develop hands-on experience with various databases and technical products, all while collaborating with experts in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Respond to inquiries from data-feed and cloud service clients, delivering professional, timely, and high-quality support for our feed-based products.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, investment instruments (e.g., private equity, public equity, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, commodities), and corporate accounting statements.
Collaborate with internal teams across the global organization to resolve client concerns, route improvement requests, and identify sales opportunities.
Accurately record and track client issues using our CRM system (Salesforce), and document newly discovered solutions and product updates to enhance team knowledge.
Stay current on existing and newly developed product offerings, including our flagship product, Xpressfeed, while continuously improving technical expertise through tools like MS Excel, SQL, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure client needs are met and product feedback is shared.
Help clients achieve quality results through efficient use of our tools and data, acting as a trusted consultant by combining product knowledge with a deep understanding of client workflows.
Operate in a dynamic, entry-level role with high visibility and frequent interactions across sales, product management, and support teams—offering strong potential for learning, career growth, and cross-functional advancement based on performance and business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (open to fresh graduates).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of corporate accounting statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Team-player mentality with strong collaboration skills.
Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Integrity, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others.
Eagerness and aptitude for continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
0-2 years working experience in a finance or data related position.
Knowledge of investments such as private equity, public equity, fixed income, ETFs, mutual funds, and commodities.
Experience with SQL or basic understanding of database querying.
