Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Operations Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data to optimize operational performance and improve efficiency. You will work closely with Operations teams, including operations, product and strategy, to deliver actionable insights, data-driven solutions and operational dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Modeling
Develop predictive models and simulations to optimize key operational processes.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Dashboarding & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards that track performance KPIs and operational metrics.
Automate data pipelines for real-time reporting and alerts.
Operational Strategy & Optimization
Partner with operations leadership to identify data-driven strategies that improve customer experience and reduce costs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and recommendations for stakeholders.
Work closely with operational teams and other relative departments to ensure the quality, availability, and usability of operational data.
2–5 years of experience in a data science, analytics, or operations analytics role.
Good to have - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI and other such platforms).
Strong understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques.
Experience working with large datasets in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience in a high-growth tech or fintech company.
Strong business acumen and curiosity to explore operational challenges.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
