DOES
.Understand the entire business end-to-end, focusing on KPIs and key business growth levers (e.g. take-up, disbursements, and reavailments)
Deep analysis of business and user metrics across different report formats, in response to proposed initiatives and experimentation.
Lead the exchange of ideas through close collaboration between cross-functional teams (marketing, data science, UX, business intelligence, etc.)
Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external partners (commercial, enterprise, LGUs, etc.) for campaigns enablement, financial literacy programs, account management, and pilot initiatives.
DISPLAYS
- Deep understanding of the business as well as its objectives, KPIs, target segments, and customer profile.
DELIVERS
Understand the users’ pain points, delight points, and turn them into actionable steps based on feedback and data available.
