Product Audit Quality Specialist supports Stellantis' customer quality and audit activities across North American and global operations.
The position partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to ensure vehicle quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with corporate and regional standards. Key duties include audit planning and execution, calibration and standardization of audit processes, project sampling and monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role also involves developing and maintaining audit criteria, training and certifying plant audit champions, supporting model-specific validation activities, and leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts to address quality risks. This is a high-visibility position requiring strong collaboration, technical judgment, and the ability to drive quality improvements across plants, suppliers, and global stakeholders while meeting cost and performance objectives.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Leading and executing Stellantis Customer Calibration Audits
- Complimentary Measurement (CMES) activities throughout vehicle development, launch, and production
- Sampling, targets, and monitoring of current and future vehicle projects
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of quality audit experience
- Strong experience in application of problem-solving tools
- Foundational understanding of vehicle audit processes or quality management systems
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong team building skills
- Self-directed and team oriented with demonstrated planning/problem solving skills
- Experience and working knowledge of computer systems and software
- Ability to work rotating shifts that include weekends and overtime as required
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Engineering or technical degree
- 8+ years of specialized experience in automotive quality auditing, Vehicle Layout (VLO), or launch management
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (Reactive/Shainin) or Auditor certification

- Advanced knowledge of global and regional product audit standards, redline calibration, and project measurement
