- Collaborate with Pharma Business Developers (PBD) to grow the single-use separator business in Northern Europe
- Act as the cluster expert on single-use separation technology
- Lead customer trials, demonstrations, and onboarding activities together with the global team and PBD
- Take technical lead in complex customer projects, including sizing, quotations, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
- Liaise with the central BU on technical aspects and clarifications
- Serve as product champion during launches and customer campaigns
- Define and deliver local training programs for employees and customers as cluster trainer and expert for single-use separator applications
- Industry Experience: Strong background in single-use biopharmaceutical processes. Ideally, experience in MSAT, process development, or manufacturing.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in technical support within the single-use space (e.g., depth filters, bioreactors, chromatography, or similar technologies).
- Technical Knowledge: High knowledge of upstream/downstream bioprocessing and single-use workflows.
- Hands-On Mindset: Comfortable carrying out trials and technical demonstrations.
- Self-Starter: Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a solo role at cluster level.
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders effectively. Present with power and presence.
- Language: Excellent English written and verbal communication.
