Job Duties and Responsibilities
EchoStar is seeking a creative and results-driven DePIN Product Specialist to develop and grow our Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) pipeline. This pivotal role will focus on attracting inbound DePIN partners, driving revenue opportunities, and supporting the execution of cutting-edge initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of decentralized systems and a flair for design, with proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Design Suite to create compelling materials for partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- DePIN Pipeline Development:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of DePIN projects and partnerships
- Identify and engage with prospective partners to expand DISH's footprint in the decentralized infrastructure ecosystem
- Develop strategies to fill the DePIN pipeline with high-value opportunities aligned with DISH's objectives
- Partnership and Revenue Growth:
- Attract and onboard inbound DePIN partners, fostering relationships to drive revenue and mutual growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions into DISH's broader innovation framework
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with both technical and business requirements
- Design and Communication:
- Create visually engaging presentations, mock-ups, and marketing materials using Figma and Adobe Design Suite
- Develop user-friendly materials to communicate DePIN solutions to internal and external audiences
- Maintain a consistent design aesthetic that aligns with DISH's brand and innovation strategy
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered
- 1+ years of experience in product management, business development, or a related role, preferably in decentralized or emerging technology sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing partner pipelines and driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with decentralized networks, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating professional-grade designs and materials
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of decentralized infrastructure concepts
