About the roleWe seek a highly analytical and resourceful Analyst to join our Product team.
In this role, you will support a Senior Product Manager by tackling complex, multi-dimensional operational challenges, automating processes, analysing large datasets, and driving continuous improvements across our product and operational infrastructure.
New joiners will receive intensive hands-on training and direct exposure to financial markets. Our goal is to support the development of top performers into independent Product Managers, empowering them to lead complex projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The skills and abilities you needStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently through ambiguous, multi-step problems.
Prior exposure to working with large-scale datasets and operational workflows.
Solid SQL skills, with the ability to independently write, modify, and optimise queries.
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and dynamic formulas.
Experience automating manual processes using SQL, VBA, Python, or other scripting tools.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks.
Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset - we value strong thinking over narrow technical specialisation.
Degree in a highly numerical or quantitative field (e.g. STEM, Quantitative Finance).
Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
Familiarity with trade settlement processes or operational flows in financial services.
Analyse operational and trading data to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and risks, and detect patterns in large datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform data.
Build and maintain Excel models for operational tracking and forecasting.
Collaborate closely with the Product, Operations, and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance workflows.
Proactively identify automation opportunities and assist in process optimisation initiatives.
Document findings, propose solutions, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
