Ebury Madrid - 4 days in the office & 1 day working from home

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our Product Management team. You will work closely with Product Owners and teams to support the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business value. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in product management within a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Owner in defining product vision and strategy.
  • Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and users.
  • Help in prioritising the product backlog and ensuring stories are well defined and clear.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to support product launches and enhancements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with team goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to inform future development.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role (internships count).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
  • Passion for building innovative products and solving customer problems.
