As a SAP Community of Practice Specialist, you will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications related to Source to Pay (S2P). Collaborating with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP Center of Practices (COP) team, you will identify and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future, focusing on SAP applications and best practices
How you will contribute

  • Leading the program of software renovation, focusing on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Providing input to source to pay processes (MM, PUR, IM, WM, MRP) for software and applications on both regional and global levels.
  • Collaborating with management and overseeing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Exploring opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings in software and application investments.
  • Ensuring support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.

  • Good knowledge in the following SAP Modules: Material Management covering procurement processes, purchasing, inventory management, material valuation, and invoice verification. SAP Ariba managing procurement and sourcing processes, supplier collaboration, contract management. SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
  • Understand Procurement processes like procure-to-pay (P2P), Source-to-contract (S2C), Supplier management, Catalog management.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, purchasing, contract management, supplier management, and procurement analytics.
  • Project Management skills in managing projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Activate.
  • Proficiency in handling and analyzing data within SAP to drive insights and decision-making. To be familiar with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and risk management strategies in procurement, including understanding of regulations like GDPR, SOX, ans others relevant to procurement.
  • Skills to identify inefficiencies in the current business process and provide and implement improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to work with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and technology related.
  • Capability to provide training and support to end-users and other team members on SAP S2P processes and functionalities.


More about this role
What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • 4-8 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
  • At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version.
  • Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into WRICEF objects for development.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.


Education / Certifications:

  • SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.


Travel requirements:

  • 1 week/month or 2 weeks bimonthly to be expected


Work schedule:

  • Remote with flexible schedule
