The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team is a newly formed team sits within Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) global function and is responsible for designing, developing & rolling out state-of-the-art digital products across brands, regions & divisions globally and help our brands accelerate organic growth.
Our E2E products automate the production of Brand & Product-related Content: Digitalizes assets to increase re-use and adaptation via workflows. One source of the truth publication to outbound channels and platforms like CMS, CRM, PIM (Salsify, Akeneo).
Position summary:
As the Product Manager for our Content DAM & MRM team you will be at the forefront of driving product innovation and efficiency in our platform. Along with the Product director & Tech Lead, you’ll be taking charge of the strategic direction, prioritization, and execution of features within DAM & MRM.
Your role involves close collaboration with cross product technical & functional teams, stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions you prioritize align seamlessly with business objectives. This position provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the trajectory of our Content Management capabilities, delivering transformative experiences for Pet Owners across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our corporate and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business relationship managers and enterprise architects to integrate the product seamlessly within the company's digital ecosystem.
- Establish and maintain a long-term roadmap for automation and digital transformation within the content lifecycle management domain.
- Drive the product's contribution to business value by aligning with key performance indicators and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough competitive analyses to ensure our products offer superior value and remain competitive in the market.
- Participate in governance processes to prioritize product development and enhancements effectively.
- Ensure all products comply with internal standards and external regulations, including data privacy and business continuity requirements.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and alignment with our digital strategy.
- Manage remote team and operational governance with third party suppliers.
- Keep innovation at the core the role by promoting automation and industrialization for our end-users.
What will make you successful?
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science,
- Extensive experience in product management, particularly in digital asset management and
content lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to manage products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to retirement.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align product strategies with business
- Ability to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and experience delivering them rapidly and with a high rate of IT consumer adoption.
- 7+ years of experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies - Be an advocate of the DevOps & Agile culture and principles.
- Experience in working with marketing consumers, understanding business requirements and opportunities, and translating them into solutions and taste-testing minimum viable products
- Continuous Integration and Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for automating software build, test, and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
- Team Leadership and Management: Experience in leading and managing technical teams, including task assignment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Vendor Management: Ability to evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of their solutions.
- PMO governance and business process automation.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and security standards.
- Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Experience having worked in a global & multicultural environment with virtual teams
