You identify product trends and strategies based on in-depth and accurate statistical modeling. You gather and analyze data from disparate sources and effectively communicate your insights to guide development and redesigns. You recommend quality datasets and determine for predictive models to create visually compelling representations of data. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
How you can make a difference:
- Gather, refine, validate, document and maintain complex data for associated product lines.
- Create and maintain trending dashboards for internal teams.
- Model and forecast business trends based on historical data sets and present analytics
- Continuously develop, implement, launch and improve new products after applying lessons learned from previous projects.
- Help Product Director teams track KPIs and discover new opportunities for business development by analyzing data related to firmographics, product promotions, churn, and new product launches.
- Provide analytics on product and sales data to build insights into customer behavior and product trends
- Partner with end users in the Product Director team to ensure reports and dashboards are usable, elegant, and coherent while aligning with PANALTYICS brand standards.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Three or more years of business analysis experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, math, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Analytical, interpretation, organizational, prioritization, presentation and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Quick learner that can become a subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools; Ability to define KPIs and metrics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional team relationships with the ability to make decisions, resolve issues and show sound judgment while working under pressure.
- Fluent in written and spoken English to facilitate client meetings and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to all organizational levels to aid decision-making.
- Tableau: Intermediate to advanced skills. Capable of mastering existing reports, creating new ones, and enhancing client requests for clearer data storytelling. A critical eye for data visualization is essential.
- SQL: Basic experience, including querying and joining data.
- Salesforce: Basic experience with building Salesforce reports.
- Judgment and Exploration: Discern reasonable data, select appropriate visualizations, and use Tableau dashboards to explore and represent client questions.
- Innovation and Experience: Ability to propose ideas for future business analysis, ideally drawing from experience analyzing business or sales data.
- Grasp fundamental statistical concepts such as mean, median, mode, standard deviation, variance, probability, and distributions.
- Knows the appropriate and most effective analytical models to use in different situations
- Ability to conduct basic statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression analysis.
- Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions and insights.
- Assists in gathering data from various internal and external sources
- Generate requirements documentation for specific assignments with minimal direction. This may involve conducting facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with internal clients and managing any changes to those requirements.
- Partner with the PANLATYICS team's Back End team to obtain and ingest new reference data sources required for reporting.

The base pay for this position generally is between
$67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
