We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with SAP expertise
The role includes:
- Participation in a global SAP implementation project (SAP Public Cloud), with a focus on procurement and financial processes
- • Setup, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes within the SAP system
- Ongoing work with local and international vendors, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, follow-up, and control
- Close collaboration with Finance, IT, and external consultants
- Monitoring and controlling procurement processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Preparation of reports, data analysis, and support of financial closing and control processes
- Daily work in Hebrew and English with global stakeholders
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement / purchasing roles - mandatory
- Proven, hands-on experience working with SAP - mandatory
- Experience working in a medium to large organization - mandatory
- Strong financial orientation and understanding of working within a Finance organization
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Analytical thinking, ability to manage complex tasks, and meet deadlines
- Technological orientation and ability to quickly learn ERP systems and new processes
