About The Job
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure optimal quality and cost
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for the company
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
- Stay informed about market trends, product innovations, and industry developments
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers for long-term partnerships
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, spending, and savings
- Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions, delays, or vendor performance
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-4 years experience in procurement process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Meticulous in reviewing contracts, orders, and supplier performance to avoid errors and oversights.
- Ability to quickly address and resolve procurement-related issues, such as delivery delays or quality concerns.
- Efficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to procurement activities.
- Advanced level of English
- Living in İzmir
