Manage Multi Regional Projects, Is the prime interface for Project management, ensure E2E Project timings are respected.

- Drive projects to achieve cost reduction in material & improve core Material Margin of application by respecting customer requirements, timing, performance, quality, reliability, and safety.
Be in charge of GBE Programs performance (QCD) for the Procurement & CFT – for Value Engineering or Resourcing / Transition projects
Serve as the SPOC for Program Managers (with proper Program MOS) & Internal Customers
Take Complete ownership on Project Execution E2E (Phase 0- Phase 6)
Monitor Capex cosumption (From Capex PO release from Procurement team & Monitor timely GR Management)
Support Procurement to execute Projects - Transversal Management of Buyers for sourcing activities interfacing with supplier on RFI/RFQ process, with strong MOS for effective monitoring
Actively participate in escalations with suppliers in case of non-commercial project related issues (e.g., planning issue)
Be Major contributor in PAC meetings for VE/Resourcing/Transition Prpjects Decision Making
Drive continuous improvement for Processes in charge (VE/Resourcing, Transition) and New ideas creation
Participate & Contribute in
• Customer Team + Engg Team Workshops
• Suppliers Workshops
• Commodity Re-Sourcing Ideas / Workshops
• Idea generation using Platform Cost team data (BOM cost comparation by technology / Platform) Get IT Tool Updated for Reporting right Savings for each Project
Bi Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Reporting for Target Vs Results (Phase 0- Phase 6)
