Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure procurement processes adhere to industry regulations, ethical standards and company policies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies, Logistics or a related field
- 1-3 years experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical supplies industry
- Membership with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in procurement
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies, Logistics or related field
- 1-3 years experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical supplies industry
