Job Purpose
As a procurement graduate, you will understand our customer's processes, help them map them to the product, work closely with the product team, train users and help them achieve their business goals. This job will test both your analytical and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

  • You'll engage with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of ERPNext's features and address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the sales process. 
  • Helping prospects evaluate and visualize how our solutions can add value to their companies.
  • You will carry out ERPNext implementation using set standards and practices of the organization.
  • Work with the team to create activities (e.g. identifying and handling key customer technical questions and objections) in order to develop strategies, resolve technical impediments and scope out migration workloads.


Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
  • Must have a Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Freshers are encouraged to join
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, self starter with very high degree of ownership
  • Must have an understanding of the following core business processes across following domains

o   Accounting

o   Sales

o   Purchase

o   Manufacturing

o   Inventory Management

o   Human resources

  • Must have worked with IT systems and willing to learn the same.
  • Must be conversant with productivity tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and team collaboration tools.


Skills Required

  • Must have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance and Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of core business processes in multiple domains
  • Willingness to learn IT systems
  • Conversant with productivity and collaboration tools
