Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline
- Licensed Professional Engineer or additional years of qualifying experience
- Minimum eight years of experience in power plant operations, engineering, or a comparable industry
- Knowledge of current and pending regulatory, code, and general industry issues
- Proficiency with technical evaluation processes
- Proficiency in fossil, solar, battery, or nuclear plant technologies
- Ability to apply fundamental scientific principles
- Effective communication with peers, management, outside agencies, and other stakeholders
- Ability to execute projects and strategies with some oversight
- Demonstrated high performance through consecutive evaluations or work history
