Senior Executive - Procurement Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, furniture and fixtures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
- Negotiate price, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with Clients, Designers and Project Team to understand project requirements and material specifications.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and fixtures that align with design concepts, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Track and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise.
- Monitor and control project procurement costs to stay within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
- Generate regular reports on procurement status and expenses for project managers and senior management.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or equivalent professional qualification with engineering background.
- Minimum 4 Years experience in procurement (exposure related to Interior works is an added advantage)
- Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
