Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Buyer to join our team at Broadridge. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring procurement policy compliance, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PO Policy Compliance: Monitor, drive, and enforce procurement policy adherence.

  • Requisition Review: Approve and review non-catalog requisitions for accuracy and compliance.

  • Catalog Management: Maintain updated catalogs, conduct quarterly audits, and manage market baskets.

  • Tactical Sourcing: Handle spot buys, low-spend RFQs/RFPs, and other ad-hoc procurement needs.

  • Vendor Management: Conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor vendor performance, and maintain scorecards.

  • Business Support: Provide Level 1 support for requisitions, POs, receipts, delivery issues, system errors, and invoice holds.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Perform spend analytics and generate monthly KPI reports.

Requirement and Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on procurement experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance.
