Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Buyer to join our team at Broadridge. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring procurement policy compliance, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

PO Policy Compliance: Monitor, drive, and enforce procurement policy adherence.

Requisition Review: Approve and review non-catalog requisitions for accuracy and compliance.

Catalog Management: Maintain updated catalogs, conduct quarterly audits, and manage market baskets.

Tactical Sourcing: Handle spot buys, low-spend RFQs/RFPs, and other ad-hoc procurement needs.

Vendor Management: Conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor vendor performance, and maintain scorecards.

Business Support: Provide Level 1 support for requisitions, POs, receipts, delivery issues, system errors, and invoice holds.

Analytics & Reporting: Perform spend analytics and generate monthly KPI reports.
Requirement and Qualification:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on procurement experience.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance.
