ABOUT PURPOSE BRANDS 414 (PB414)Purpose Brands 414 is the umbrella organization for several redemptive, marketplace-driven initiatives including Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique, Bold Lives Men’s Thrift (launching in 2026), and Thrift Out with more initiatives slated to launch in the near future. PB414 amplifies collective impact, purpose, and provision by cultivating a redemptive ecosystem where spiritual formation and business innovation come together to restore what’s broken and steward communities well.POSITION PURPOSE

The PB414 Processing Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission through effective distribution operations. This position is more than logistical; it's an opportunity to serve alongside a heart-forward team who are passionate about stewarding the vision of PB414 and to create a space where the Kingdom of Heaven is made tangible on earth. The Processing Manager will also help curate offsite inventory, enhance volunteer engagement, streamline product preparation, support stores strategically, and foster meaningful collaboration with the broader community.

POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose Brands 414 is looking for a reliable, energetic, and mission-driven Processing Manager to lead our centralized processing operations. The Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of donation intake, sorting, pricing, and product preparation to support all of PB414's initiatives. This role provides operational leadership across scheduling, inventory systems, promotional execution, and event coordination, all while fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for staff, volunteers, and warehouse guests. The Processing Manager is a collaborative leader who partners closely with Store Managers, the Warehouse Manager, and the broader PB414 team to ensure processing excellence and mission integrity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing Operations

  • Lead the processing of all donation types, including Thrift Out bags, boutique donations, and new (raw) donations.
  • Organize, maintain, and continually improve the processing area and inventory system to support efficient workflow and evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to align processing priorities with business needs, sales trends, and warehouse capacity.
  • Lead and direct product preparation for events, collections, and daily inventory.
  • Execute promotional calendars, sales initiatives, and seasonal transitions.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe, accessible, and organized space at all times.

Volunteer Engagement

  • Lead volunteer groups during processing shifts, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Partner with the PB414 Volunteer Team to ensure volunteers are effectively deployed based on daily priorities.
  • Equip team members to effectively engage volunteers.

Interactions & Customer Service

  • Ensure warehouse visitors feel valued, welcomed, and informed.
  • Support the Operations Team in ongoing warehouse and processing initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain strong relationships with BL directors, Store Managers, and volunteers to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Lead creative collaborations with Store Managers and Community Engagement for events, including Flip and special events.
  • Work closely with other PB414 departments to support mission integrity and cross-functional growth.
  • Check organizational communication platforms every shift and communicate warehouse updates consistently to stay aligned with current needs and priorities.
  • Facilitate quarterly meetings to ensure clarity, alignment, and team engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience: A proven history of embodying and exemplifying PB414's core values of Growth, Trust, Honor, Servanthood, and Excellence.
  • Leadership: Experience leading a team with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others. Strong emotional intelligence and relational leadership skills.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently and effectively across varying work settings.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds of merchandise overhead, transferring products between shelves, loading/unloading trucks, and organizing inventory for efficient workflow.
  • Fashion Awareness: Keen understanding of fashion trends and brands, with a talent for sorting donations according to organizational guidelines and objectives.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with diverse personalities and demographics.
  • Faith Alignment: A heart aligned with giving dignity and hope as an expression of experiencing Jesus, actively involved in a local church, with a passion for ministry and outreach.
  • Flexibility: A growth-oriented and resilient mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, work occasional weekends, and manage odd hours during high-demand periods.
