The Role

We’re seeking a detail-orientated Process & Systems Analyst (QMS), to join our team. This opportunity is full time, permanent and can be based in either Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne. You’ll play a key role in proactively supporting SJ Operations and Business Functions globally to review, analyse, and improve business processes and systems. This role focuses on driving efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the organisation by aligning processes and supporting systems with the SJ Group Business Management System (BMS).

Working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll identify and facilitate business improvement initiatives, measure and report on system and process effectiveness, and produce high-quality documentation to support successful implementation and ongoing adherence.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify, manage, and support business improvement initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
  • Systematically measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of business processes and systems
  • Facilitate, monitor, and enhance adherence to policies, procedures, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure processes and systems comply with BMS and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
  • Develop clear, logical, and efficient process flows and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships to support continuous improvement across the SJ Group

About You

Suitable applicants will be/have:

  • Qualifications in Quality, Business Improvement, Process Management, or IT (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated project management capability, successfully delivering business improvement projects that drive measurable results.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.) (highly regarded)
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, D365 and Microsoft Office applications
  • You will have demonstrated success in a similar role within a corporate environment and bring a strong understanding of business systems, process improvement, and governance.

You will also demonstrate the ability to:

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Build strong internal and external relationships within a group environment
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes under competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Work independently, set priorities, and progress objectives with minimal supervision
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Work collaboratively in a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
  • Display initiative, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset
