Process Manager

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, working directly with businesses to understand their unique challenges and craft innovative AI solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology, enabling organizations to transform through AI-powered applications and intelligent automation. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, SLMs, and RAG.
• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business problems and translate them into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Build AI-powered applications for conversational AI, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted SDLC, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Utilize LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, and other AI platforms to create robust AI workflows, optimizing for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Design and implement agent orchestration frameworks, integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external tools for seamless AI deployment.
• Build robust APIs, microservices, and AI services, adhering to software engineering best practices and ensuring high-quality, production-ready code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps, to deliver enterprise AI platforms and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in customer workshops, solution design sessions, PoCs, and technical discussions, providing expert guidance and insights.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership in the field of AI and its applications.

Qualifications

• 7-13 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning, with a strong focus on Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents, demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, and others, with the ability to select and implement the most suitable framework for each project.
• Knowledge of AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini Enterprise, and others, ensuring efficient and effective AI deployment.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face, staying at the forefront of AI development.
• Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI workflows, enabling efficient data management and retrieval.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring seamless integration and deployment of AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of working directly with enterprise clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
• A passion for AI and its potential, with a desire to stay updated with the latest advancements and contribute to the field's growth.
