The Long Term Care team is a strategic, high impact team focused on driving real improvements for our policyholders across well-being, longevity, and digital policy management through our Prudential Peak ecosystem. Our team partners closely across Marketing, Operations, Data Science, and various other internal and external teams to enhance the experience of those we serve. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management capabilities and a passion for helping shape processes for the better. This role is integral to the effectiveness of our operations and marketing teams, so the ideal candidate must be confident supporting cross-functional collaboration.
What you can expect:
- Support the development and execution of multi channel marketing campaigns, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and cross functional inputs to ensure on time delivery.
- Manage campaign workflows and operational processes, including Workfront project tracking, audience list preparation, data quality checks, and documentation.
- Provide operational and logistical support across the marketing and operations team, including preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder facing materials.
- Supporting the onboarding of work from a third party vendors to internal teams including the technology team.
- Own compliance submissions by coordinating reviews, tracking approvals, and maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
- Maintain the integrity of marketing data and assets by updating databases, contact lists, digital files, and web content, including removing outdated materials and publishing new content.
- Support ongoing upkeep of the marketing and communications calendar to ensure alignment across initiatives and teams.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing and/or operations experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
It'd be a plus if you had:
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management software
- Experience within financial services or insurance
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them forward
