The Reverse Supply Chain team ensures excellent customer service by managing returns and repairs in the aftermarket, maintaining a smarter, safer and more sustainable world. Your Future Team – Supply Chain professionals with a strong sense of collaboration

You’ll be joining a dynamic and talented team of 15 RMA Supply and Reverse Logistics professionals, all working towards one common goal: delivering exceptional service by ensuring product availability at the right time and place. Our team operates with a strong sense of collaboration and cross-functional influence across Axis’ supply chain, from strategy to execution. Together, we are committed to driving efficiency and optimizing processes for a smarter, safer, and more sustainable world.


What You’ll Do – Driving Change and Excellence

As a Process Improvement Manager, your role is critical to our mission. You will be a catalyst for transformation, leading initiatives that enhance the performance and efficiency of our Reverse Supply Chain. Your primary focus:

  • Lead key process improvements that optimize our global reverse logistics and customer service strategy, ensuring excellence in both short- and long-term operations.
  • Secure the robustness of Reverse Supply Chain processes as we scale and innovate.
  • Analyze data and identify, develop and implement efficiency improvements, both internally and in collaboration with our 16 global partners.

We are seeking a sharp, driven professional with a strong analytical mind and an instinct for continuous improvement. You have a proactive, solution-oriented approach and thrive in environments where challenges are met with determination. A natural leader, you know how to drive initiatives independently, but also enjoy working closely with others to reach the best outcomes. Your ability to navigate complexity, set strategic priorities, and see the big picture will enable you to make a real impact at Axis.

What We Expect:

  • A degree in Industrial Management, Business, Supply Chain Management or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and/or supply chain management with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong skills in process improvement, data analysis, and project coordination.
  • Experience with ERP systems, Qlik, and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous.
  • A highly motivated, solution-driven, and positive attitude that embraces both short- and long-term goals.
