You will be a critical part of the Business Optimization team and responsible for end to end delivery of improvement projects with a clear focus on savings and ROI. The individual will lead initiative identification, design thinking, requirement documentation, solution implementation and change management for their process improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Define operational value streams, identify gaps/opportunities, remove roadblocks and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Gather requirements and lead design thinking with business stakeholders, and own technical requirements for implementation.
- Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system / technology / validation, testing and implementation planning
- Manage complete execution of automation, AI and productivity initiatives on time and within budget to deliver the defined savings for the year.
- Prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to drive efficiency and improve consumer/customer experience using available technology ops while continuously looking for new technologies and solutions.
- Build stakeholder relationships, deliver ops readiness plan and drive communication for continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture.
What experience you need
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in fast paced matrix environment.
- Process engineering background.
- Extensive knowledge on process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to manage technical implementation through SDLC cycle.
- B2B and B2C Operations/Delivery know-how.
- Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
What could set you apart
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Agile and Lean certifications.
- Experience with Google Vertex AI, RPA, IVR, APIs, Automation.
- Value Stream Mapping.
- Change Management Experience or Certification.
- Knowledge of Equifax products and systems.
