Process and Governance Lead
Join us to build & maintain internal tools, process frameworks and documentations as well as extract & consolidate relevant metrics and internal data related to governance and QA. This is a load that typically falls on developers or managers today taking time from production flows and business value-creation.

The position / About the Job:
In this job would be responsible for:
Role:
Hands-on support to the Operations Excellence Manager (OEM) and her/his responsibilities:
- Executing on internal initiatives
- Collect/aggregate/visualize internal operations data
- Build, maintain, and improve on process and governance structures and documentation led by the OEM.
Scope
- Creation, assessment data gathering, maintenance/Improvement, adoption support & training of AD Process Framework
- Generate & aggregate - and where possible automate - Central AD Metrics and Reporting & other relevant data on AD Quality
- Build & maintain tools & central processes for Governance operationalization incl. reporting & AD wide support and training
- Own AD Portfolio Management tool optimizing feasibility based on governance/processes responsible PMs input - and supporting/training AD organization in its use.
- Mature larger potential internal improvement opportunities into proposals for projects to be decided, prioritized & staffed/funded by the management team, through the Operational Excellence Manager. Subsequently participant in these projects where relevant.
Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job:
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Operation Excellence / Business Analytics
Who are you?
As a person you have 5 to 7 Years of Experience in same/relevant experience.
What can you be?
- Bachelor’s degree
- MS Excell, MS office Suite, QA System.
- ERP system process hands-on experience required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and MS Project, required.
