Job Description

We are the think tank for End 2 End process innovations. Our motivated and global cross-functional team has set the goal to significantly increase customer satisfaction and making the process Procure 2 Pay (P2P) more efficient through innovation technologies. You want to shape the future in the area of Process Excellence in a start-up atmosphere? Then you are on the right track!

Our P2P Business:

We optimize, automize and standardize the End 2 End process Procure to Pay, which involves Procure to Order, Affiliate-to-Affiliate, Invoice to Pay and Data Analytics and Robotics. We work in diverse, agile teams – the so-called P2P feature teams and we need your appreciative support as global Process Expert.

Your Job:

 

  • As a process expert, you will be responsible for optimization and efficiency increase of the P2P process our mission: the improvisation and automation of our global P2P process for Bosch Group worldwide.
  • You will closely collaborate with other process experts, align on process standardization and interfaces with other IT-Tools in our Procure to Pay End-to-End process, and ensure functionality on a global scale.
  • Furthermore, you strive for innovative automation ideas, turn process requirements into real life and provide benefit for internal customers and users.
  • In addition, you will be sparring partner for our stakeholders in the operations organization, strategic purchasing, challenge the status quo and identify potential improvements in the P2P processes.
  • Based on your End-to-End mindset, you drive your projects in a self-empowered way – and apply the latest information technologies in the area of P2P Process Excellence

Qualifications

  • Education:  completed university studies in Computer Science, Economics, Business Information Technologies, Purchasing or Finance, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject 
  • Personality: passion to learn and work on new things, process-oriented and team-minded, welcoming change, customer-oriented, strong communication and organizational skills as well as ability to document and share knowledge, result orientation with focus on deliverables, abstract thinking
  • Working practice: independent identification of impediments and working on resolution, self-organized and self-driven, creative, and effective, excellent problem-solving capacity, working in international team
  • Experience and Knowledge: experience in Project Management and the business process of Procure to Pay, PowerBI or other process mining tools are welcome but not mandatory.
  • Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
