The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875-$121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do in This Role:
Mentor contributors and business leaders through Kata/A3 process. Serve as a hands-on coach, guiding teams through the process and contributing to resolutions.
Inspire change management plans for initiatives in the organization by helping to build excitement around innovative approaches. Address resistance through engagement and transparent communication.
Completes multifaceted projects and performs project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control. Act as a doer. Actively participate in tasks and ensure high quality delivery.
Enables, develops, and mentors capabilities and experience in others in applying process innovation, process excellence, lean principles and tools.
Foster a Continuous Improvement culture by leading, coaching, planning and/or facilitating projects using Lean-Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Own the investigation, analysis and resolution of sophisticated application problems related to business functions
Drives process measurement including project scorecards and other metrics, which can also be used to drive process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Typically 5-8 of focused experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Standardization and Continuous Improvement.
3-5 years demonstrated ability in a large, matrixed, global organization.
Demonstrates and applies broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s) and how it supports related operations.
Lean, Six-Sigma certification, preferably Black Belt.
Ability to lead Kata/A3 activities.
