About the role:

We are looking for a Process Engineer to help redesign and optimize business workflows as part of our AI transformation. This role will analyze how work gets done today, identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement, and design improved end-to-end processes that are efficient, measurable, and scalable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess current business processes, workflows, handoffs, and pain points across functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, cycle time, and customer or employee experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to redesign processes for AI-enabled and automation-supported execution.
  • Document future-state workflows, operating procedures, controls, and business rules.
  • Define process metrics and success measures to track adoption and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with data, technology, and AI teams to ensure process design aligns with implementation requirements
  • Support pilot execution, change management, and rollout planning for new ways of working.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and build alignment.

Job Requirements:


  • Experience in process improvement, business process design, operations excellence, or transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to map and evaluate workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to redesign and implement business processes.
  • Ability to convert business problems into structured process requirements and operational improvements.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled workflows, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods is a plus.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline plus 10+ years in process improvement or operations, with strong preference for AI/automation exposure.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, shared services, or enterprise workflow redesign.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted process automation, document processing, or decision-support workflows.
  • Ability to create clear process documentation, governance artifacts, and training materials.
  • Executive presence and EMT credibility

Salary Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between 24,000,000 HUF and 32,000,000 HUF annually. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority compared to others performing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee that an offer will be at the top of the posted range, as compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
