1. Responsible for the improvement of finished product rate and quality problems of the production line, continuous optimization, improvement of product quality, reduction of production cost, and KPI of mass production to meet the requirements.
2. Responsible for new product introduction, trial production verification and reporting.
3. Responsible for the preparation, modification and production of WI documents and forms in the workshop.
4. Responsible for the training of production personnel, and the supervision and confirmation of the implementation status of WI process documents.
5. Process research and continuous optimization, and can introduce or develop new technology to stabilize and optimize the process.
6. Perform other tasks assigned by superior.
1. Bachelor degree or above in polymer materials or related major, 3 years working experience in process projects in related industry is preferred, outstanding fresh graduates can be trained as technical trainees.
2. Excellent ability of process analysis and optimization and data statistical analysis.
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility, coordination and communication skills, team spirit and initiative. Driving force, strong driving force and execution.
4. Rigorous in work, strong logical thinking, learning ability and problem solving ability.
5. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
