Main Task
1. Support to develop supply chain processes and procedures to enable new business lanes and launch new markets for a key customer program
2. Brainstorm & collectively form concepts for warehouse & dispatch processes to integrate business models & shipping carriers aligned with customer
3. Facilitate discussions with customers to proactively drive supply chain operational efficiency & process standardization
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operation, planning, to develop and implement robust E2E supply chain solutions
5. Maintain process documentation properly, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
6. Follow up risk mitigation tasks on risk management plan that identifies to have potential supply chain disruptions, warehouse & dispatch operational mishandlings, etc.
7. Implement process improvement actions from the team & proactively identify new opportunities
Qualification
1·Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
2.Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures
3.Experience in implementing process improvements
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams & external parties
7. Good project management skills
8.Excellent verbal & written English
