- Process/Machine MBO regards lens shaping of different build phase/production iteration.
- Machine(process) capacity ramp-up and improvement.
- Yield ramp-up, improve to responsible processes during NPI and MP initial phase.
- FACA (failure analysis and counteraction) to responsible processes during NPI and MP initial phase.
- CPL (cost per lens) improvement activity driven.
- Next generation production iteration development support, including new process/machine verify.
- Direct responsible individual of lens shaping technology/process during XR product NPI and MP phase, including new process machine introduce, new process development and customer demand prototyping and post NPI engineering as MP-orientation.
- Qualify in-charge process/machine of lens shaping process with outcome of MBO.
- Enhance E2E process know-how of lens shaping process and proactively synchronize with industry development.
- Ensure all process documents / technical operation established, implemented and up-to-date in time.
- Drive the process implemented correctly as designed.
- Rectify wrong operation and process. Stabilize the process conditions.
- Keep improving process for higher FPY and OEE.
- Support PRO for operator-friendly shop floor environment improve and participate Cost-down activities.
- FACA of responsible processes in collaboration with FA (failure analysis), ME, PRO team.
- Data analysis of general process data for improvement insights.
- Cross-backup to TPE team members for broad knowledge build-up for comprehensive insights of full up-/down-stream process.
- Coordinate process machine recovery with support of ME and OEE improvement activity driven.
