1.Formulate production process and SOP to ensure competitive production cost.
2.Continuously optimize production process and SOP to ensure continuous improvement of production cost and quality.
3.Provide economic and process evaluation data to improve existing equipment or process; Provide process feasibility analysis data for new equipment procurement and commissioning.
4.Assist in trial production of new products and acceptance of new equipment; Work closely with mould engineer to design and put new mould into operation.
5.Be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of process database; Feedback the production process status to the management in time.
6.Develop training materials, train operators regularly, guide production line staff to improve their working skills, and standardize the operation requirements of each position.
7.Supervise and implement the safe operation of chemicals and equipment; Be responsible for training relevant staff on chemical use knowledge, safe operation skills and emergency handling methods.
8.Carry out daily inspection and supervision on site process implementation.
