As a Glass Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining semiconductor manufacturing processes related to glass passivation, wet etch, and furnace technologies. You will drive yield improvement, cost reduction, process capability enhancement, and new process development initiatives in a fast-paced wafer fabrication environment.
About YouKey Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to achieve process capability targets.
- Design and execute DOE experiments for process and product development.
- Lead wafer failure analysis and yield improvement activities.
- Drive cost reduction and process optimization projects.
- Maintain FMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.
- Lead quality and capacity improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
- 6+ years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience.
- Strong knowledge of Glass Passivation, Wet Etch, and Furnace processes.
- Familiar with DOE, SPC, and process improvement methodologies.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
