Process Development EngineerJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Continuous development of existing processes and technologies with a high focus on quality and adherence to deadlines
- Research as a source of innovation: collaboration with the related Brooks Automation team, customers, and university/research organizations for the best outcome
- Precise problem analysis and derivation of suitable solutions
- Run feasibility studies, develop new technical concepts, and investigate their expected performances
- Run feasibility study, prepare protocols for the experiment, and investigate existing ideas
- Provide technical support to other departments when needed (engineering, product management, marketing, sales, etc.)
- Perform scientific and technical assistance
- This position may require some travel to attend conferences, training, and visits to enhance knowledge and professional development.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical field with good research skill.
- Strong interest in research and technology development with a hands-on approach to experimental work.
- Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing experiments, including data evaluation and technical reporting.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop practical solutions to technical challenges.
- Motivation to learn and develop expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes, contamination control, vacuum technology, and advanced materials.
- Self-driven, structured, and result-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
