SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in process automation/engineering, with focus on Xceptor, Kissflow, or Sigma Computing.
- Hands-on expertise in Xceptor (Core & Recon Hub) – including custom workflows, maker/checker functionalities, data processes, and dataset handling.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
- Proven background in delivering automation solutions in banking, financial services, or energy industry is preferred.
- Strong exposure to handling diverse input formats/channels and data change events.
Technical Skills:
- Required: SQL, Xceptor, Low Code Technologies, Sigma, Python, JavaScript Desired/Advantageous: Databricks, cloud, Odoo
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
- Leadership potential with experience in mentoring peers.
