Software Engineer II
Role Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer II with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and services.
Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications, services, and automation solutions using Java and related technologies.• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.• Build and maintain automated validation frameworks that support functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing scenarios.• Contribute to application design discussions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and testability.• Develop reusable libraries, utilities, and frameworks that improve engineering productivity and software quality.• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to promote engineering best practices.• Improve test coverage, automation maturity, and quality metrics across products and services.• Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality gates are integrated throughout the delivery process.• Apply secure coding standards and contribute to operational excellence through monitoring, observability, and reliability practices.• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity while maintaining quality and security standards.
Required Qualifications• 3+ years in Software Engineering, Test Automation, or a related role• Strong Java programming skills• Experience with enterprise applications, automation frameworks, and testing platforms• Solid understanding of OOP, design principles, and design patterns• Experience with REST APIs and service-based architectures• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test solutions
