Your Impact
As a Pro Delivery & Logistics Intern at Lowe's, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the teams responsible for delivering products and services to our professional customers - including contractors, tradespeople, and service providers. You'll learn how delivery, fulfillment, pickup, replenishment, and logistics operations come together to create a seamless experience for Pro customers.
In this role, you'll support delivery and fulfillment initiatives, analyze operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve Pro customer experience. You'll collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Pro teams to solve real-world business challenges.

What You Will Learn
- Gain an understanding of Pro delivery, fulfillment, pickup, replenishment, and logistics operations.
- Support projects that improve Final Mile, Bulk, and Job Site Delivery experiences for Pro customers.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Pro teams on business initiatives.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects using data and business insights.
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and recommendations for key delivery and logistics initiatives.
- Gain exposure to project management, inventory planning, and cross-functional business operations.
- Present findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Retail Operations, or Pro Services.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about complex business and operational processes.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or visualization tools is a plus.
- Relevant internship, project, coursework, or work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Analytics, or Business is a plus.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization is a plus.
