Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure privileged access across the enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in PAM solutions and a strong understanding of information security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea).
- Onboard, manage, and monitor privileged accounts and sessions across heterogeneous environments (Windows, Linux, Cloud, etc.).
- Define and enforce policies for privileged access in alignment with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX).
- Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise IAM, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
- Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and risk assessments of privileged identities and credentials.
- Analyze and respond to incidents involving privileged access misuse or potential compromise.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure secure and efficient PAM operations.
- Stay current with emerging PAM technologies, threat vectors, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Certifications
- CyberArk Defender/Sentry
- BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer
- Thycotic PAM Certification
- CompTIA CySA+, Security+, or equivalent
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CISM
