Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure privileged access across the enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in PAM solutions and a strong understanding of information security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea).
  • Onboard, manage, and monitor privileged accounts and sessions across heterogeneous environments (Windows, Linux, Cloud, etc.).
  • Define and enforce policies for privileged access in alignment with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX).
  • Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise IAM, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and risk assessments of privileged identities and credentials.
  • Analyze and respond to incidents involving privileged access misuse or potential compromise.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure secure and efficient PAM operations.
  • Stay current with emerging PAM technologies, threat vectors, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Certifications

  • CyberArk Defender/Sentry
  • BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer
  • Thycotic PAM Certification
  • CompTIA CySA+, Security+, or equivalent
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CISM

Skills Required

  • Deep technical expertise in PAM solutions
  • Strong understanding of information security best practices
  • Experience with onboarding and managing privileged accounts
  • Ability to define and enforce security policies
  • Experience in integrating PAM with IAM and SIEM
  • Experience with conducting audits and risk assessments
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python
