Executive ‐ Production
(Based at Silueta - Biyagama)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining Silueta as an Executive ‐ Production based at Biyagama to to ensure effective balancing of resources within the allocated production modules to facilitate moulded cups as per specifications in order to meet daily targets and customer requirements for quality and on time delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure availability of operators (directs) to meet requirements and communicate with other executives for obtaining shortfalls.
Guide and advise team leaders regarding target, requirements for the day, delivery schedule to be met and communicate shortfalls if any, pertaining to previous days production.
Verify output on an hourly basis by perusing the chart maintained by the team Leader and follow up with corrective action in order to bring back any deficits into line.
Compare daily shipment document, (weekly shipment summary) detailed plan and record of quantity produced, convey current delivery requirements to the team leader and follow up and ensure that targets are effectively met.
Attend the pilot appraisal pre-production meeting in order to fully understand details of pilot moulded cups and use learning during bulk production.
Communicate with cut work and planning in order to obtain urgent requirements of missing or defective components in a timely manner so as to complete an entire style.
Communicate between shifts in order to ensure effective workflow and ensure that instructions are fully understood and effectively carried out.
Ensure accurate maintenance of reports pertaining to cut components into production and sewn garments out of production and t the end of a shift accurate figures and standard WIP (Work in Progress) and cleanliness floor to the next shift.
Ensure all health & safety requirements are carried out within are of preview.
Achieve set standard hour tasks & efficiency issues as agreed,
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Textiles Engineering, Physical Science and Mathematics or related field.
1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
