As a Privileged Access Management - Manager you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients, within our Cybersecurity practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach others, and manage workstreams by applying sound judgment, project management discipline, and a practical understanding of how access controls support sensitive information protection and identity processes. In this role at PwC, you will oversee day-to-day delivery across privileged access activities, help drive quality and timelines, and support client service efforts through clear communication, thoughtful problem solving, and use of technology to strengthen delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading privileged access management workstreams across client engagements and coordinating deliverables with technical and business stakeholders
- Managing planning, execution, and timeline tracking for access control reviews, privileged account remediation, and identity governance activities
- Guiding teams in designing and implementing role based access control, access request, and account lifecycle processes
- Reviewing privileged access configurations across Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, CyberArk, and cloud identity platforms
- Translating system requirements into access management solutions, technical documentation, and implementation plans
- Analyzing authorization models, identity federation approaches, and key management controls to identify security gaps and process improvements
- Coaching team members on access governance methods, control design, and issue resolution across client environments
- Monitoring project progress, addressing risks and issues, and escalating blockers as needed to keep work on track
- Validating technical deliverables align with cybersecurity, privacy, and client access requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve privileged access controls, automate manual tasks, and strengthen identity security practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating Privileged Access Management delivery across client engagements
- Managing IAM projects involving CyberArk or Active Directory
- Coaching teams through access control and authorization design
- Leading workstreams with identity governance and vulnerability focus
- Translating security requirements into practical deliverables
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
