A day in the life. 

As a Private Client Data Conversion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the conversion of private client data into our MMA Agency Management systems. You will work closely with our dedicated IT and Operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient data conversion process. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with MMA and data vendors to develop and implement data strategies, documenting and implementing custom programming for data conversion, supporting data validation efforts, and identifying risks in test results. You will also partner with other data conversion specialists in different lines of business to ensure consistency in strategy across all lines of business for successful data integration.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
•    5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically Private Client
•    Experience Data Conversions and Agency Management Software
•    General knowledge of Information Technology language
•    Excellent communication and reporting skills
•    Ability to breakdown complex concepts into clear instructions
•    Attention to detail, organization and time management skills

These Additional Qualifications are a Plus, but Not Required to Apply 
•    Prior experience in Applied and Vertafore software products
•    Experience as an Insurance Account Manager

The applicable base salary range for this role is $67,800 – 101,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
