Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirement: FAIS-accredited NQF Level 7 and a RE5
- Preferred Qualification: CFP membership
- Will have worked in banking or insurance
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Wealth Management - High Net-worth clients
- Proven experience in analysing and interpreting complex personal and business financial statements.
- Expertise in providing customised wealth management solutions, with a strong focus on Fiduciary and Estate Planning.
- Comfortable working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of relevant business systems and Banking and Financial Services regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of wealth creation, accumulation, and protection strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proven success in managing a client portfolio and acquiring new business relationships.
- Strong awareness of global financial markets and current affairs.
- Ability to align client needs with appropriate product solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of a Bank’s risk and compliance mandates to exercise sound commercial judgement.
