Job Title: Principle Compiler Architect (Mandarin)

Responsibilities
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."
- Lead the programming model design for DSA.
- Drive the frond-end compiler support, backend code generation and optimizations for DSA.
- Lead the design the graph and operator compiler for AI workload.
- Build system-level performance analysis and optimizations.
- Participate in defining the future generations of accelerators.
Requirements
- MS/PhD degree with 5+ years of experience in compiler implementation and optimizations.
- Solid understanding of computer architecture and strong experience in hardware-software co-design.
- Extensive hands-on experiences in LLVM/MLIR/TVM compiler infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and willing to work with multi-region teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good knowledge of domain specific languages, especially for heterogenous programming.
- Deep understanding of AI frameworks and models, especially LLMs.
- Knowledge of RISC-V architecture and vector extensions.
- Proven track record of open-source project design and development.
