About This Team:

Citrix (as part of Cloud Software Group) - the recognized leader in VDI, Desktop-as-a-Service and application delivery solutions enable secure delivery of desktops, applications and SaaS and web apps to more than 100 million endpoints. Citrix Workspace App team is working on secure delivery of virtual apps to any device, anywhere.  This team is responsible for building Citrix Workspace applications across all desktop OS and mobile OS. As part of this team you will be mainly focussing on Citrix workspace applications for Windows and Linux operating systems.

Key Responsibilities
Feature Implementation: Take ownership of implementing complex features and functionalities according to business requirements and technical specifications.
Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of the  Citrix Workspace solution, ensuring performance, security and maintainability.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize features for development.
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to coding standards, and performance optimization.
Agile Development: Embrace Agile methodologies to deliver features iteratively, ensuring rapid development cycles and continuous improvement.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in C++ development to implement core functionalities 

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed:
B.E/BTech or MTech in Computer Science or related engineering field with minimum of 12+ years of hands-on development experience.
Very good object-oriented programming development knowledge and hand -on experience working with C++ for building desktop applications on Windows or Linux platform
Strong knowledge of  one of  Windows or Linux OS internals..
Expertise in Multi-Threaded Programming, crash dump analysis is a must.
Strong knowledge of computer science concepts like Operating system, Networking, Data Structure and algorithms.
Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, typescript
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to work on different platforms and technologies like cloud, web etc according to business needs.
