About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Our team is dedicated to enhancing core experiences and operational stability utilizing Salesforce on Salesforce on our internal salesforce instance, Epic Org. We deliver critical support and drive strategic engineering initiatives to empower our partners and internal teams. Our current focus areas include:
- Driving T&P Productivity with AI/Agentforce: Leading the transformation of how we work across Technology & Products (T&P) by utilizing Agentforce and AI to deliver massive productivity and efficiency gains. This includes prioritizing investment in top-down agents, developing the Agentforce environment and ADLC to enable teams to build and adopt agents, and establishing the necessary governance, content strategy, and enablement to operationalize the process.
- Strategic Support Optimization: Designing, building, and delivering a formalized support mechanism/agent that generically integrates between core systems like Slack, Pager Duty, and Service Cloud. Our immediate goal is to significantly improve support flows for teams with a long-term vision to scale this solution to any team needing support improvements.
- Data and Pipeline Excellence: Partnering with key internal customers to ensure their success, including formalizing highly sensitive unstructured data (e.g., contract data) using Data Governance, Custom Objects, and Prompt Templates. We are focused on improving the reliability of key pipelines, such as the DataKit pipeline, to create a consistent and self-serve experience and minimize unnecessary escalations.
- Platform Enablement and Operations: Delivering critical operational stability by managing support items, successfully completing audits (like SOX), and ensuring the smooth adoption of key new/GA features (SentOS, MCP, ITSM) as customer-0 in EPIC Org.
Join our team of all stars as we execute a strategic pivot to concentrate efforts on core platform experiences. You will be instrumental in:
- Directly contributing to the development and delivery of the Agentforce environment and ADLC. You will enable T&P teams to build, deploy, and adopt internal agents by defining standards and best practices, and delivering the necessary upskilling and operationalization required to scale AI-driven productivity.
- Building out the foundational components of our generic, integrating support agent.
- Working directly with internal builders and customers to ensure product success and pipeline reliability.
- Absorbing key support and enablement work from the Internal Agents Program, specifically supporting Pipelines with iADLC.
